I saw Tara for a few months at the end of my second pregnancy and the whole experience was really wonderful. She is professional and knowledgable and really helped to connect me to my pregnancy and the importance of looking after myself, not always easy when you have a toddler! I honestly felt amazing walking out of each session and looked forward to my appointments as a highlight of my week.

I visited Tara weekly for over a year. Tara supported me from trying to get pregnant... to getting pregnant and all the way up to birth of my first baby! She is not just a fantastic practitioner but was an amazing support through triumphs and tears. Her practise is thoughtful and tailored to you each session. I cant recommend her enough.
