Clio is an exceptional yoga instructor who creates a warm and welcoming environment, making yoga enjoyable for everyone. Her yoga sanctuary caters to individuals at any stage of their journey, and the atmosphere is always inviting. Newcomers are greeted with open arms and there is a genuine sense of community. The yoga sessions are customized to offer the appropriate level of challenge and mindfulness to the practice. I have learnt so much from her classes over the past 3 years and I'm always looking forward to learning more!

I've been practising ashtanga yoga with Clio for 2 years. She's a wonderful teacher, experienced and knowledgeable, and always happy to share her knowledge. I'm always happy and relaxed after yoga classes. The Yoga Space Cornwall is a beautiful space in a great location. Also, a variety of classes and workshops are available throughout the month. Cannot recommend it enough.

Beautiful space and great range of classes. Clio is a kind and patient teacher and her yoga sessions are relaxing and well thought through.
