Jess supported me through IVF, I loved the experience, calming, relaxing and put me in the best mindset. She really understands fertility and IVF and I’m so pleased I came and had her protocol with her. Pleased to say it worked!

I have reached out to Jessica at the Thames Acupuncture Clinic during my 35th week of pregnancy as my baby was still in a breech position. I found Jessica incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring as she talked me through the acupuncture and moxibustion techniques she had planned for me to help baby turn head down. At my following midwife appointment, after only one week, I was incredibly pleased to find out that my baby had turned!!! I couldn’t be more happy, and grateful for Jessica’s help!

I've been having regular acupuncture sessions with Jess for just over 6 months for hormone regulation and general wellbeing. Jess has helped me to understand the importance of self care and provides a safe, calm space for me to take time out and prioritise my wellbeing. Since starting acupuncture I feel much more positive and my mood is much more consistent throughout the month. My periods have remained regular and some of my symptoms have improved greatly, particularly in the lead up to my period each month. I feel much more focussed at work, have increased energy levels and a greater sense of calmness. Jess is a great listener and takes time at the start of our sessions to check in on how I am feeling, she is very experienced, gives great advice and makes me feel very comfortable.
