I visited James for acupuncture on my shoulder over a week ago, and although slightly sceptical at first as I’ve never tried alternative treatment before, I have to say it’s completely changed my life. I had a longstanding shoulder injury from the gym causing knots between my neck and shoulder + deep knots all down my shoulder blade, it was constant pain, problems sleeping and a fortune being spent on sports massages. From just one session with James I felt the benefit the very next day, all the tension has 90% disappeared, I’m totally blown away. I will need to book another session which was recommended by James given how bad my knots were, and I will be soon, but wow this really has been very helpful. I feel like this review could sound too good to be true and perhaps fake but believe me it’s genuine. Highly recommend.

I struggle to relax and following the lymphatic massage with Suzanne I was as relaxed as I could ever remember. This feeling lasted for the following few days and I also noticed that I felt more flexible and my shoulders had dropped down from round my ears. Thank you, truly!

Been going to James for around 2 years now and i can honestly say he is fantastic. Every issue i have had that s medication from the drs hasnt resolved james has managed to fix.
